We work in small iterations and show a rough cut early, while it is still cheap to change. Structural notes are much less painful that way.

Edit

from three days, rough cut shown early

Grade and sound

1–2 days after the cut is locked

Two rounds of notes are included. Anything that changes the structure after the cut is locked is quoted separately — not out of stubbornness, but because it is effectively a new project.
